Cancellation by Passenger

Cancellation charges depend on the cruise line’s rules and may vary by itinerary. Generally:

  • 60+ days before departure: Minimal cancellation fee

  • 30–59 days before departure: 25–50% fee

  • 15–29 days before departure: 50–75% fee

  • 0–14 days before departure: 100% fare non-refundable

Processing fees may also apply from our agency.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The cruise line approves the refund

  • The booking meets cancellation criteria

  • The passenger submits a valid cancellation request

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–21 business days.

Cancellation by Cruise Line

If the cruise line cancels a trip due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Mechanical issues

  • Operational decisions

  • Government restrictions

You may receive:

  • Full refund

  • Future cruise credit

  • Rebooking options

No-Show Policy

Passengers who fail to appear at boarding time are not eligible for refunds.


4. Booking Policy / Reservation Policy

Booking Procedure

To complete a booking:

  1. Select cruise itinerary

  2. Provide accurate passenger information

  3. Make payment

  4. Receive confirmation email with e-ticket details

Passenger Requirements

  • Names must match passport exactly

  • Infants and minors require proper documentation

  • Passengers with medical needs must inform us in advance

Payment Guidelines

  • Deposit or full payment may be required depending on cruise line

  • Remaining balance must be paid before the final due date

  • Unpaid bookings may be cancelled automatically

Amendments to Booking

Changes such as:

  • Cabin upgrades

  • Passenger name corrections

  • Date amendments
    May incur additional fees depending on cruise line policies.

Special Requests

We pass on requests to the cruise line (dietary needs, wheelchair access, etc.), but fulfillment is not guaranteed.
